Many questions our members have are quickly answered.
Everytime I try to log in it takes me to the site not found error page?
Web Browser Security and cookies are the most likely issue. Follow these steps:
Internet Explorer
1) Close all eFundYourPassion sites
2) Go to tools
3) Choose Delete Browsing History
4) Check off Temporary Internet Files and Cookies and start - wait for this to complete the process.
5) Close your Internet Explorer and re-open
6) Attempt login
Firefox
1) Close all eFundYourPassion sites
2) Go to tools
3) Choose Clear Recent History
4) Drop down menu and choose last hour
5) have all boxes checked in details BUT site preferences - start and wait for completion
6) Close Firefox and re-open
7) Attempt Login
Mac users with Safari
1) Download Firefox and use it
I never received a welcome email after joining.
Please check your spam or bulk folder. Many ISPs will move emails that have hyperlinks into the spam folder.
What are my sites?
Please go to My Website Menu, then click on Manage Websites. Both your site links are listed.
Is there an affiliate commission available?
No commissions are offered. Just a great tool to build your business.
Does it matter who my eFundYourPassion sponsor is?
No, Given there are no afiliate commissions offered it does not matter and there is no need to change. Nothing wrong with following line of sponsorship, in fact we encourage it, but NOT mandatory and no need to request it to be changed.
Can I use this video on one of my sites or You Tube?
NO! All Ushbb, Inc. Video productions are copyright protected and only authorized to use in the manner available. Anyone found in violation will be immediately terminated and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. This is and was a part of our Terms Of Service accepted upon enrollment.
Why did I get a receipt from Ushbb, Inc.?
Ushbb, Inc. is producer of Replication Video Marketing Systems for a variety of companies. www.ushbb.com produced the eFundYourPassion Video Marketing system. Each month your renewal will be processed and you will receive a receipt.
How fast does the video play?
This will depend upon your internet connection. Our videos play in streaming format meaning it will start playing immmediately as it is still downloading. If you are on a dialup connection the video most likely will have to be completely downloaded to play.
My site won't come up. It takes me to the site error page.
Our system is CaSe SenSiTive and well as literal in its search feature. In short you must enter the site id with your url exactly as you entered during enrollment.
What is the difference in SiteID and Username?
The site id is your unique extension your created for your site link. Your Username is what you use to log into your eFundYourPassion back office.
What happens to my prospect's information when they fill out the form(s)?
Two things occur. First, an email is sent immediately to the email address in our system you entered upon enrollment. Make sure you "whitelist" webmaster@eFundYourPassion.com. Second all form submissions are stored in your back office under the contact management section inside of "feedback messages".
When I try to login it says my username can't be found.
Username is not always but CAN be the same as site id. Be careful not to confuse them. Our system is CaSe SenSiTive and well as literal in its search feature. In short you must enter the site id with your url exactly as you entered during enrollment.
Each time I type in my url it takes me to a payment page.
This means you are "inactive" and need to pay to activate or re-activate your site. This most likely would happen if your credit card was declined after the 3rd attempt.
Is there any contract of time or time limits on enrollment?
There are NO time limit requirements. This is a month to month program and you can cancel thru your back office at any time.
How do I cancel my eFundYourPassion Membership?
Log into your eFundYourPassion back office, go into the My Account menu, choose Cancel.
How do I change my password?
Log into your eFundYourPassion back office, go into the My Account menu, choose Modify Password. Once in this area, click on edit, change password, then click update.
How do I change my userid?
The user id cannot be changed. Its only purpose is for logging into the back office. It is never used publically and therefore no need to be changed.
How do I change my site id?
Log into your back office, go into the My Account menu, choose Modify SiteID. Once in this area, click on edit, change the site id, then click update. NOTE: If the site id you desire is already being used by someone else the system will NOT allow you to change it. You must choose another.
How do I change my Credit Card Info?
Log into your back office, go into the My Account menu, choose Update Payment Info. Once in this area, click on edit, change the credit card info, then click update.
I cannot upload my photo.
Please review in detail the photo upload directions over to the left of your screen. All picture extensions MUST be in lowercase. ex: pic.jpg is OK -- pic.JPG will NOT work
My Personal Bio page does not look right. It requires scrolling left to right.
The area in your back office is much wider than the area on your about me page. To control the width of your verbiage so it appears neat on your About Me Page, use the “ENTER” key to start a new line. Each time you hit the enter key it will start a new line on the page and that is what you will see in your About Me Section. |
